The quick overview is he took a shower, ate, slept and left this morning around 7:30 I think.  I apologized to him for not being a better father.  He said he'd just done 30 days in county jail and he really wants to stay out of jail.  I suggested he spend some time in L.A. with Nina and he said he'd think about it.

The reason he didn't call from jail was because he was supposed to have purchased a phone with money Susan gave him and he didn't so he "didn't want to be like that".  I emphasized that we'd really like him to stay in touch and his son really needs him.  Caelan told me more horror stories about free young women.  Apparently the Directors boy friend has been beating her for 10 years and Jasmine was kidnapped and gang raped while working there (gorilla pimped was the term of art).
